Rates for Sweet Views Vacation Rental

2007 Rates:

January 1 - June 30 -- $770.00 Weekly

June 30 - September 1 -- $1350.00 Weekly

September 1 - December 31 -- $840.00 Weekly

Rates are based on 2 adult occupants.
Surcharge of $15 per extra adult per night.
Kids are special, talk to us about them - in most cases we prefer to not charge for them!

Notes:

We accept cash or certified cheques.

Reservations are required.

Check-in is from 3 PM to 7 PM.

Check-out is at 11 AM.

Suite is not accessible by wheelchair.

Small pets with permission.

Smoking allowed on balcony.

Bring your own beach towels!

In the event that you cannot make use of your reserved time, please contact us immediately. If we can rebook your allotted time we will refund at least half of your deposit. We really want your dealings with us to be positive and will make the extra effort to make things work out. We will remind you though, that it is a deposit and that we have most likely turned away someone else so that we can accommodate you. Cancellations within 30 days will usually result in your deposit being forfeit since the possibility of rebooking becomes rather slim.
